From the time you enter our beautiful gallery to the moment you first see your new flooring in your home or business, you'll recognize our commitment to your satisfaction.

These are the steps we take to demonstrate that commitment:

  • Design
    Call or visit us and talk to an experienced design consultant who can help you choose ideal flooring for any space.
  • Proposal
    Once you've made your selections, our professionals will take accurate measurements, consider the product carefully to minimize the amount of waste (especially on carpets with repeat patterns) and provide you an accurate quote for full installation. This quote will be good for 30 days.
  • Deposit
    We require a 50% down payment to begin the process. The balance is due in full once installation is complete.
  • Installation
    The installation schedule depends on the availability of the flooring you selected. Once it is in our store, we'll work with your schedule to find an installation time that is convenient for you.

    Homeowner Responsibility
    The best installation experience requires efforts on the part of South Texas Carpets as well as the home or business owners. Working together we can quickly and effectively turn your new floors from concept to reality.   • Final Payment
    The balance of your payment is due immediately following installation. Financing is available; click here for a Credit Application.

In addition to new flooring, we also offer the following repair services:

    • Trim replacement and repair

Warranty
Our craftsmen are Houston's finest and we guarantee the quality of your new floor. In addition to the manufacturer's full warranty on the product, we provide a one year guarantee on installation. If a problem arises during this time, we will gladly repair your flooring at no charge.
